Its not just putting up the lights but also be careful about taking them down. If I was into skiing or snowboarding I would so wear a helmet as you just never know.. I really hope they do one about out water sports here in BC, I see a lot of kayakers and what not without a pfd on, as they want to work on their tan and yet most people who do water sports can not swim. Though it might have to wait until we're down in Costa Rica. I'm not surprised about the helmet numbers. I see it all the time, especially among males. I keep wanting to not use my helmet, but it gives me piece of mind for when I fall, I have a much higher chance of NOT cracking my melon open the bonus is that it keeps my ears and head warm ;) Whistler at -20 or less really sucks so anything to keep us warm is good!
