I love my Logitech Harmony 880 universal remote control. It has made my life a lot easier by combining my 5 remotes into just one easy to use remote control that actually works.
I few weeks ago, when the remote dropped, one of my buttons came off and I couldn’t get it back on. It wasn’t a major button, so for the most part it didn’t hurt my viewing pleasure, but it was just bugging me. I wasn’t really wanting to go purchase a new one as this one set me back about $300 (Yeah it wasn’t cheap). We had friends over one night and I was talking about the remote and my problems, when one of the suggested I contact them and see if they would do something.
After a day of thinking about it, I thought what the hell, the worst they could say is no.
I composed an nice email which pretty much just asked for a replacement button. I was surprised when I heard back from Logitech saying that they will send me a brand new remote to replace my current one. WOW! I was blown away by this. I hadn’t expected this great treatment from them.
Logitech, you guys ROCK!!! If you ever want me to review any of your items, just let me know
